​Geometric Flair

Diana Skellenger and her renovation firm, Skelly Home, completely demolished the master bathroom of a home in Austin, Texas to revive it from top-to-bottom with a transitional style. Skellenger left nothing untouched during the demo, making every structural modification a more functional, beautiful space, from pocket doors to shower niches. Alongside designer Natalie Howe, Skellenger did what she does best: create a space that perfectly complements the homeowner’s flair. The pair wanted to accentuate the bathroom’s showpiece, Coastal’s gorgeous Gridscape® shower door, and its bold, rectangular panels. From there, they continued to add other shapes and patterns to the space, highlighting the geometric design, like green, diamond-chevron floor tiles and geometric wallpaper on the ceiling.
