After Hurricane Sandy ravaged her family’s beachside bungalow in Long Beach, NY, design enthusiast Jenifer Levinson decided to build a new four-story forever home in its place. Inspired by all-white bathrooms with wood and black elements, Jenifer used subway tiles from the floor to the ceiling paired with the Gridscape® door to design this sleek master bath.
“We just love how the Gridscape® door adds a masculine touch and ties in the dark, oil rubbed bronze fixtures to the all-white look. It truly is the show stopper in our bathroom. EVERYONE comments on it.”
– Jenifer Levinson
This gorgeous Spanish-inspired bath with bold lines, colors and concrete is a tribute to the client’s years living in Spain. Sara Malek Barney from BANDD DESIGN brought her distinctive style and ability to transform a space with effortless and interesting design into this Austin, TX home to make this Spanish bath, featuring the Gridscape® door, a dream come true.
“The Gridscape door was a no brainer and the absolute must-have in this bathroom design. Both the client and I wanted something different and interesting for the shower stall and implementing the Gridscape just made so much sense. I saw many imitations of it when trying to find the perfect size and nothing came even close in quality or style.”

Rustic Meets Modern
This rustic modern design by Kara Gordon, owner of Sleek to Chic Interiors, is featured in a completely remodeled 1984 home in Bedford, TX. The use of mixed elements—a wood vanity and mirror, white brick and marble tile—complements the sleek Gridscape® 1 shower door.
“The Gridscape door was the one element we couldn’t live without in this design. We compromised on some things, such as a quartz rather than concrete for countertops, and a drop in sink in place of an undermount. But no way would we fudge on the shower enclosure. It makes the whole room!”
– Kara Gordon
The Show Stopper

The design was centered around the Gridscape® 1 as the “Pièce de Résistance,” and finalized with classic Carrara marble. Brought to life by Fitzgerald Construction, this lovely bath is Nicole’s favorite room in the house.
The design and build company, Schmauder Group, designed this bath in a small, all brick, 1940’s row house in Alexandria, Virginia.
